Shonna, you nailed it. If we ever expect to get the things done that mean something to us, we have to make it necessary to have them done by a certain time, ie a deadline. And, while many of us can produce marvelously using self-imposed deadlines, having another person relying on our making that deadline is a BIG plus and push to our success. Yes!
