		<description>Great way to look at it, Kitty! I didn&#039;t give in to obnoxious whining when my kids were tired and needed to go home for a nap, but I regularly gave them an incentive up front (finish this morning&#039;s errands and we&#039;ll stop for ice cream on the way home). Why don&#039;t I do that more for myself? I know it works. (Look at Monday&#039;s post for proof. LOL) Note to self: list more small and large rewards that REALLY motivate me. Then use them!

I love how each of us verbalizes our perspectives just differently enough to inspire each other in ways we don&#039;t expect. Thanks for the new insight!</description>
