Heather: I forgot all about You've Got Mail. I'll have to watch that again.
ArtsyMommaChic: Yes, Under the Tuscan Sun. I read the book and drooled over the recipes. I'll have to check out the movie next.
Lauriemariepea: Princess Bride is on my all-time fav list, but alas, can't count it on my movies for writers.
Stephanie: Sounds like you need to take a break and watch a good writer movie :)

It's a testament to how busy my life has gotten lately that I didn't even read this post until I was uploading my own (which I wrote in the wee hours of the morning). Great post. I've watched most of the ones you mentioned, but all of them are on either my "to watch" or "to watch again" list.

ooh!! LOVED 'stranger than fiction'. one of my all-time favorites whatever the list. :D 'finding neverland' is another beautiful film. nice choices, shonna.
does 'neverending story' count? or 'the princess bride'? not directly writer-centric, but still highlighting a couple of wonderful books. that may be widening the category too much, though.
