It is definitely worth buying if you want a look at creativity from a Christian viewpoint, with practical suggestions and exercises meant to ignite that creativity. The daybook exercise (journaling) is one of the most helpful for me. I can't count the times I've started angsting in my journal about a project only to realize I've suddenly segued from journaling to creating. Janice, you are right, these journals are gold mines! I read to her out of the journal I kept while I was pregnant with her. She wanted to hear more. It was a reminder to me that I need to keep up with the habit.
