This past week has been super busy, with yet more opportunities to see the “Slow and Steady” reaction win the day. I come to the end of one busy, busy week and the beginning of another busy, busy week relatively stress-free. Or at least stress-controlled. That control came in the for of routines and incremental progress through multiple projects, both writing and non.
I don’t think I can stress enough the value, at least to me, of small, easily attainable goals and regular, daily progress. At least one major project over the past six weeks is completed, in large part because I “ate this elephant one bite at a time.”
I spent some of the brief moments allocated for my writing looking at a few new and regular websites with writing tips and encouragement.
I encourage you to keep writing, even if it’s only a few hundred words. And spend a portion (only a portion!) of your writing time exploring ways to improve and develop your writing craft.
