I too, love my trackball. I bought one when my hand/wrist was getting sore from too much time on the computer. I didn’t register it, though. Wonder where that receipt is…

I’m obsessed with 1-800-CONTACTS. They have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. When I call, they already know my name and have my account pulled up–no telling your account information to 5 different people as you get shuttled around from one department to the next. They contact my doctor directly and keep my prescription and payment information on file so all I have to do is say, “Send me more” and it’s done. Every time I call I want to get them a rave (can you tell? Lol!). LOVE them. After all, can’t see my computer without my eyes, right?!

Shonna, you might not need the receipt to register it. Go to http://register.logitech.com/ and see what you need.

Stormy, I’m going to check them out.

Just had another wonderful warranty experience. (Saying that feels really weird.) My Kindle’s display went wonky (technical term, you know ;) ). I called the number given for customer support/warranty issues. I was on the phone maybe 10 minutes. A replacement is being sent (overnight!) and a pre-paid label emailed so I can send back the damaged Kindle. Either I’m living a charmed life right now or businesses are sprucing up their customer service. . . . or maybe I’ve just purchased/been given quality products that already had good customer service. Whatever it is, keep it coming!)
