LOL, but EVERY day is a writing day, isn’t it? (At least for us math-challenged folks–so much easier to figure out.) Thanks for the tips!

Not for me. :) I can’t write every day without feeling either guilt or stress. I need time off, just like any other job I’ve had. :) Hope something in there was not math-related and therefore helpful, Shonna! LOL!

I’m not nearly so organized or future oriented that I plan out the year, but giving myself days when there is NO pressure to write and no expectations has been wonderfully guilt and stress relieving. In my mind, any holiday meant to be spent with family, any day filled with other non-negotiable responsibilities is an off-day. I have a routine week that is “standard,” then adjust it as necessary. What I DO need to do, however, is evaluate if my goals are unrealistic. Usually when I start feeling overwhelmed and panicky, it means I’m expecting too much of myself. Great reminder to evaluate and adjust!
